Lead Product Designer for company that services the blockchain ecosystem (offline)

The company is building a global financial network and standardizing blockchain-based crypto exchanges using novelty technology.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Product Designer.

Your mission:

Leading Figma designers team;
UI production scaling;
Conduct testing of sample applications, websites, and software to Assess user experience and ease of design;
Combining interface design concepts with digital design and establishing milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork;
Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts, allowing for interface edits as needed;
Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to convey project plans to clients and senior management accurately;
Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences.


Qualifications and Special Requirements:

4+ years of experience in UI/UX design;
3+ years of leadership experience;
Strong time-management and self-organization skills;
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently;
Strong knowledge of user interface patterns for web and mobile (responsive/adaptive design);
Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies;
Strong skills in UI design (core principles of composition, color, typography, and iconography to create a well-crafted visual and functional design);
Strong knowledge of the designer toolset (Figma);
Experience in User Testing;
Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome;
Attention to details and pixels;
Experience creating storyboards and website mapping;
The ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, and comparable languages would be a plus.
