Rust Developer (offline)

Project Description
Our customer is the European leader in digital marketing software. They are a complete Sales & Marketing toolbox: email, SMS, Facebook ads, chat, CRM, and more in one single SaaS platform.

Qualifications
2-5 years of experience as a Rust Developer in a production environment
Async and multithreaded programming knowledge (Experience with Tokio is a plus)
Network programming skills
Basic knowledge of nosql databases. (Experience with Mongodb is a plus)
A solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals
Debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
English B1+ (everyday communication with team, both written and verbal)

Knowledge about Golang is a plus

Responsibilities
Participation in the project for the implementation and development of the mongoproxy https://github.com/mpihlak/mongoproxy for a highload SaaS marketing solution.
As part of this project, you will be required to trace requests to mongodb cluster and analyze system work, analysis packet transmission between systems.
You will be responsible for developing new features for mongoproxy if it is required
Analyse data and data structure in mongodb
Perfom data migration tasks
Improve the performance of existing code
