Technical Writer (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of working experience as a technical writer
- Experience in writing and reviewing content for developers
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- A strong understanding of the documentation development process, the software development process, and product lifecycle
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Proactive, results-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask, works under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
- Independent attitude
- Knowledge of online gaming and mobile standards (advantage)

IS CONSIDERED A PLUS:
- Familiarity with Git
- Experience in creation and maintenance of information architecture
- Experience in writing API documentation
- Familiarity with software development technologies and programming languages

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be dealing with all types of documentation
- Writing product developer guides
- User manuals, API documentation
- User documentation including operational documentation and troubleshooting guide for IT personnel
- Reviewing and editing documents written by developers
- Create and update project documentation
- Support development activities
- Creating web online help
- Write news and articles for the Portal Product website (knowledge base), while maintaining a high standard of English
