Software Engineer for core framework

Web3 Blockchain product. Internet Computer (ICP) is a set of protocols that allow independent data centers around the world to band together and offer a decentralized alternative to the current centralized internet cloud providers. The ICP token is used for governance (holders can vote on the future of the network), to reward network participants for good behavior, and is used to pay fees for making transactions.

Must have skills:
We are looking for one with strong computer science background and logical thinking. Project tasks are about building core libraries for community. Then algorithms is a must.
- Ability to pass online coding test. Any lang will work.
- At least 5 years in software development.
- English level: at least upper intermediate.
- Self management. Designing and implementing. Ability to get things done and ship solution.

It will be a plus:
- Knowledge in blockchain theory.
- Typescript or Rust coding experience.

Tasks:
To program Internet Computer canisters (smart contact) in Motoko language.
- Unit tests for the newly developed Motoko data structures.
- Externalizing some of these data structures into libraries.
- Working towards upgrade functionality of the ledger, involves working with stable memory and developing the necessary data structures for it.
- A Motoko data structure of a growable array (have a design in mind)
- Deploy and front-end tasks.

Team management:
From Switzerland.

Project duration:
12+ months work, long-term.

Interview stages:
Technical part (1 stage): tech interview with СТО;
Final part (2 stage): interview with CEO.
