Junior Sales Manager

Step into the role of Sales Manager at CHI Software and be at the heart of our sales efforts. You’ll play a crucial role in developing leads and closing deals by engaging directly with potential clients, learning their needs, and building solid, lasting relationships.

You’ll also receive direct coaching from our Head of Sales, who will guide you through real client meetings to teach you the best sales techniques from the start. This practical experience will help you grow and succeed in your sales career.

Your Role & Adventure:

Lead Nurturing: Engage deeply with outbound leads, making sure they fully grasp the unique benefits of partnering with CHI.
Sales Calls: Start by joining the Head of Sales on joint calls. As you grow in confidence and experience, you’ll take the lead on these calls, customizing your approach to meet each client’s specific needs.
Post-Call Engagement: Keep the momentum going after initial discussions by following up with potential clients and offering tailored solutions that showcase how CHI stands out.
CRM Mastery: Take charge of our CRM system, Zoho, ensuring all data is precise and up-to-date for effective lead tracking and management.
Multichannel Engagement: Harness the power of multiple platforms like LinkedIn and email to connect with leads. Utilize these tools to engage, re-engage, and follow up effectively. Be active at conferences and webinars, connecting with potential leads where they are.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to sync strategies and share valuable insights that enhance the sales process.

You’re our match if you have the following:

Sales Background: At least one year of experience in any sales role.
Fluent English (C1): Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Able to engage and build relationships with leads.
Proactivity and Stress Management: Skilled at taking initiative and managing stress effectively.
LinkedIn Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn for outreach and lead generation.
Results-Oriented Mindset: Focused on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Team Collaboration and Independence: Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
CRM and Microsoft Office Proficiency: Familiar with CRM software and skilled in using the Microsoft Office suite.
Sales Expertise: Knowledgeable in sales techniques, negotiation skills, and the sales process.
Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills: Exceptional at managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
