Requirements:
• Experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager;
• The opportunity to find clients for IT outstaffing;
• Great communication skills;
• Advanced English level, both written and oral;
• Working with email and social media in an organized way;
• Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities:
• To create unique bids for each project;
• To communicate with clients until they hire us;
• To develop sales strategy and onboard new customers;
• To be proactive, organized, and handle work in stressful and uncertain environments;
• To discuss projects with our team.
