Account Manager Turkey/Spain (offline)

We are looking for — Account Manager!

Requirements:
— Upper-Intermediate level of Turkish.
— Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is highly preferred;
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management;
— Solid experience with CRM, Task management software, and spreadsheets;
— Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts;
— Excellent multitasking and project management skills;
— Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

— Become an expert in Products and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products;
— Work with customers to ensure they went live and are using the Product effectively and finding value in our services;
— Setting up product configurations for customers, testing and transfer of functionality to the client;
— Be a customer advocate while processing customer requests and feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development;
— Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers’ requirements;
— Manage account retention and renewal, inform customers about new features and functionalities;
— Increase product adoption and usage by making up-sales and cross-sales;
—Work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Technical teams to align the company’s efforts into exceptional customer service;
— Maintenance of relevant CRM system and keeping all customer relations well documented and up-to-date.
