Business Development Manager (offline)
• Sales background in IT (2+ years);
• Understanding of the software development cycle;
• Knowledge of and experience with different inbound and outbound sales channels;
• Experience in the US/EU market;
• Knowledge of various sales techniques and tools (HubSpot etc.);
• Excellent communication skills, motivated, self-sufficient;
• English - Upper-intermediate is a must.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and develop long-term relationships with new and already existing customers;
• Conduct business negotiations;
• Effectively building a prospect list and leverage a strong ability to transition prospects into clients;
• Understand the client's business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions;
• Be responsible for achieving financial results.
