UI/UX Designer (offline)

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in UI Design as well as experience in UX Design;
• Proficiency in Sketch/Figma;
• Have strong knowledge of UX and UI;
• Experience with Facilitating Workshops/Conducting Interviews;
• Understanding activities included in Discovery Phase;
• Experience in designing for web and mobile;
• Ability to analyze and present your ideas;
• Experience with Adobe After Effect or other animation tools will be a plus;
• Good communication skills;
• English level: Upper Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting interviews with stakeholders, Facilitating workshops, Designing User Interfaces for Web, Desktop, and Mobile Apps (from scratch and existing products);
• Creating wireframes and prototypes based on the information;
• Conducting activities such as Persona creation, UJM, Empathy Map, etc.
