Junior Sales Manager (offline)

Now we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to help us win great projects.

Requirements:
- Advanced level of English: written and oral
- Proficient user of PowerPoint (presentation design, templates, animation, graphs)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Creative and innovative way of thinking
- Goal-oriented person with pro-active approach
- Research skills
- Familiarity with the Upwork sales process will be a plus

Main responsibilities:
- Evaluate, filter and target new prospects/leads on LinkedIn, e-mail, Upwork, Dribble
- Conduct market/prospects research
- Analyze lead gen data
- Meet personal monthly KPIs
- Learn and develop yourself in sales continuously
