Right now we are looking for the experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and to be one of those who helps us to reach our best results on our way to become the leader of the industry. If you are proficient, dynamic and ready for new challenges this is YOU we are looking for to join us.
As a UX/UI Designer, you'll work closely with the Product team to research, ideate, design, and help bring to market a broad range of data visualization projects and features across Scalarr dashboard. The most essential skill required is to be able to synthesize user research, as well as many volumes of computing data outputs into digestible look and introduce that directly into the dashboard designs and mock-ups. Thus, you must have a high comfort level working within a self-directed culture and work effectively cross-department in the various problem areas of design and usability. You must take ownership of problems and will be given the ability to lead the direction of various aspects of the features or areas you design.
Responsibilities:
- Design mock-ups and provide design for various features, data visualization and usability aspects of Scalarr dashboard.
- Synthesize user research into digestible and easily understood key takeaways inside the Scalarr dashboard.
- Define and provide the insights and frameworks that keep the users at the center of our solution (habits-forming design).
- Give presentations to the Product, Marketing, and Executive teams around UX findings and implementations.
- Maintain user experience feedback and streamline processes so that it's easy to access feedback around any given topic and introduce that into usability design of dashboard.
Minimum Requirements:
- You've been a part of/or lead a team in a multidisciplinary UX environment for 4 or more years.
- You've conducted a breadth of UX studies in various forms and environments both in person and remotely.
- Your team has shipped simple and beautifully designed SaaS product to solve complex customer needs.
Skills / Abilities:
- Experience with OptimalSort and similar UX Tools.
- Experience with Sketch.
- Experience with Framer.
- Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate Level).
