Lead IT Manager (offline)

What will you be doing?
-Manage IT team
-Provide technical leadership to define IT system architecture based on best practices;
-Working closely across all organization to provide IT services;
-Work closely with DevOps and Security teams;
-Work with team on below activities:
-Integrate services to OKTA;
-Automate all routine manual processes;
-Run Jamf/MDM;
-Run Service desk system;
-Create IT policies;
-Build assets management process;
-Be involved in all process and operation activities of the IT team;
-Drive daily standups;
-Run new offices and build the most modern and secure office networking;
-Support existing SaaS application platforms (GSuite, Zoom, and Slack, Github, AWS, etc).
What are we looking for?
-3+ years as a Lead IT engineer or IT manager;
-Knowledge of networking;
-Experience with OS Mac-based, Linux, Windows;
-Experience GSuite, Jira/Confluence, GitHub;
-Experience with assets management;
-Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, etc);
-Upper-intermediate English (both written and spoken).
What skills come in handy?
-ITIL, G Suite, Okta certifications;
-Basic Agile knowledge;
-Basic experience with cloud providers(preferable AWS, Azure, etc);
-Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, etc;
-Experience with Atlassian products(Jira, Confluence);
-Experience with building Chatbots;
-Experience with Okta.
