UI/UX Designer (offline)

Responsibilities:

Participate in all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Participating in the project development lifecycle
Interact with the team to share and discuss design ideas (PM, BA, and development teams)
Discuss designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Redesign of existing projects
Creating logos
Development of marketing products: landing pages, project cases, banners, blog support, partial work with polygraphy
Requirements:

3+ years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio that showcases your design work and the thought process
Experience in designing for iOS, Android, CRM/ERP is a must, other platforms would be a plus
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
Understanding the principles of typography, composition, and color
Understanding of iOS HiG and Google Material design
Knowledge of wireframe tools (Axure is a must)
Good time-management skills and attention to detail
Analytical mindset
Ability to easily accept criticism
Upper-intermediate English
Nice to have:

Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
Experience with animations
Experience with Sketch
