Lead Java Developer (offline)

We are looking for Lead Software Engineer to join our team that develops a B2B solution for retail organizations, including web-based back-office, Java-based POS application, E-Commerce layer, EFT solutions and other service infrastructure that all together forms a comprehensive retail solution.
You will be working along with other lead engineers to contribute towards the technical strategy for the organization.

Join us with:
- 5 years JAVA & Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot);
- Database experience: MS SQL Server, MySQL;
- Design patterns, SOLID;
- Solid Software developer foundations;
- Multithreading;
- Good understanding of the business to prioritize accordingly;
- Excited about solving complex performance optimization and data structure challenges;
- Experience of work with technical documentation (manuals, guides etc);
- Experience of team management;
- Scrum;
- English — pre-intermediate+.
