Java Developer (offline)

What´s the deal?

You will be responsible for the server side game logic of the best online casino games available. You’ll be working in cooperation with game and BI teams. Day-to-day work can be anything from implementing mechanic of the game on server, improving our in-house framework or even experimenting with new technologies. We are a fast moving team, with something new always around the corner, so be prepared to be fast on your toes!

You are a Java developer who understands the importance of testing. You are a creative problem solver that can take the initiative. You communicate well with people on all levels, are inquisitive and share knowledge. You are thorough, take responsibility and are helpful to others.

Main skills:

-Java 8 or higher version (experience with other JVM based language: -Groovy, Kotlin, Scala is a plus)
-1+ years of proven commercial experience (or links to porftolio projects)
-Strong theory knowledge of Java Core
-Understanding and experience in unit testing, familiarity with (JUnit, Mockito)
-Experience with usage of build tools: maven, gradle
-Experience in using VCS: git
-Understanding statistics and probability theory
-API & SPI principles
-Familiar with CLI (power shell, terminal)
-Familiar with Java Servlet API, JSP
-Intermediate level of English

Bonus skills:

-JS basic skills
-Experience with Agile Methodologies
-Experience with usage of behaviour and architectural patterns, SOLID, DRY, KISS principles
-Working experience in a game industry
