Head of Sales (offline)

Requirements:

- Proven experience in successfully managing the process of outbound lead generation;
- Excellent spoken and written English. At least advanced (C1) level is a must;
- 1+ years experience as a Team Lead or Head of Sales;
- 3+ years of experience in digital B2B sales for the US and/or Western Europe markets;
- Experience in full-cycle sales;
- Experience with HubSpot and/or other CRM;
- Understanding of the IT consulting industry.

Nice to have:

- Experience with nurturing and closing high-ticket clients (possibly using ABM);
- Experienced with AI/ML or IT services domain, cause it’s our focused offers;
- Previous experience as Project Manager or Product Manager. It’s useful for efficiently composing proposals of customers’ solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and scale up the process of outbound lead generation;
- Managing multiple ABM campaigns from the sales side;
- Manage internal educational process;
- Monitoring with competitor’s market;
- Managing and regular update of the internal knowledge base;
- Regular reviewing of all sales artifacts (emails, calls, messages, etc.) to improve the communication process;
- Analyzing and creating hypotheses to improve the current process;
- Handle outbound leads by emails, social networks, and calls;
- Handle inbound leads the same way;
- Search for potential customers;
- Setting tasks for collecting contact databases.
