Lead Product UX Designer (offline) $3000-5000

Requirements:
— At least 4+ years of product design experience (having SAAS or Product experience is a major plus).
— Strong UI/UX experience across multiple, complex products.
— Ideally, you’ve worked in all areas of product design — from performing research and creating product experiences to implementing design; in addition to maintaining a well thought out design system.
— Strong analytical skills / experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
— Experience leading design teams, planning design activities, creating product strategy.
— You have experience providing design critique and design reviews regularly.
— You are able to identify a business problem / opportunity and turn it into a design solution.
— Your portfolio represents your strengths in both UX and visual design skills.
— You are the expert in Figma.

Responsibilities:
— You’ll work closely with product owners, developers, etc to ensure we create user friendly experiences for both beginners on our platform as well as more advanced web masters.
— You’ll produce design solutions based on hypotheses & user testing results.
— You also will be responsible for designing pixel-perfect mockups for our platform.
— You’ll perform UX research, user interviews, user testing, product, and competitive analysis to evaluate the best solution for our customers.
— You’ll develop design processes, starting from UX research and competitive analysis to creating sophisticated solutions, presenting, and defending them.
— You’ll work closely with the product team to navigate the details of overall product strategy, business goals, and individual project requirements.
— You’ll contribute to team competency excellence by improving the design and work process, sharing your experience, and teaching others.
— You also will onboard and adapt new designers of all levels.
