ІТ Sales Manager (offline) $500-1500

We are looking for an expert sales manager with excellent past experience to help us find new customers and scale. We have nice bonuses for each closed deal in our sales department.

We are only looking for candidates with successful past job experience that are excellent experts in this field.

Requirements
🔹 excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, verbal and written
🔹 strong sales skill set;
🔹 previous work experience in IT industry and understanding of IT sales process (at least one year)
🔹 analytical skills
🔹 building business communications
🔹 self-organization
🔹 proactiveness
🔹 focus on the result

Will be a plus
➕ advanced/fluent level of English
➕ understanding and patience about the blockchain field

Responsibilities
🔶 bring new customers from different sources (LinkedIn, telegram, upwork, etc.)
🔶 take over the process from lead qualification to deal closure
🔶 work with CRM tracking all necessary records and database
🔶 prepare presales artifacts (proposals, offers, etc.)
🔶 manage agreement negotiations
🔶 cooperate with delivery teams to identify the customer needs and provide customers with valuable solutions (pre-sales offers).
🔶 re-engaging existing partners to collaborate and upsell
🔶 schedule meetings, present software solutions we’ve done before, conduct negotiations.
