Lead Generation specialist (offline)

Requirements:
—At least 2 years of experience in IT sales as a lead generation specialist or an SDR.
—Analytical mindset.
—Ability to maintain and prioritize multiple conversations at a time.
—Upper-intermediate or Advanced command of the English language.
—Ability to improvise and eagerness to seek unconventional methods of solving problems.
—Experience creating and managing multi-channel outreach sequences.
—Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.

Would be a plus:
—Experience in IT services sales, software outsourcing sales.
—Experience managing partnerships with companies who offer similar services within our market.
—Experience in campaign strategy building.

Responsibilities:
—Bring own campaign running expertise and initiatives.
—Participate in campaign strategy and targets creation.
—Test hypotheses.
—Search companies and people based on our ICPs for further communication.
—Write outreach sequences and/or create technical tasks for outreach sequences for a technical writer.
—Manage outreach sequences across a multitude of channels such as e-mail and LinkedIn.
—Maintain conversations that result from the outreach sequences and track them in the CRM, set follow-up actions for every conversation.
—Set up appointments such as online and on-site meetings.
—Analyze performance of the outreach sequences and conversion rates into conversations and calls. Improve sequences based on analysis. Develop new sequences and/or choose new channels based on the information received from conversations and calls, results of the sequences.
