We want a responsible and highly-motivated person ready to add value to prospering of our outbound business. You will be engaged in the entire sales process to achieve the company's goals. A huge plus would be the experience in planning and implementing sales development as a business function, seeking and integrating new ways to improve the sales process.

Requirements:

- Еxperience in sales in the IT Outsource/Outstaff and software market;
- Nurturing, negotiation, presentation, closing deals, sales research, sales strategy, sales analytics;
- Experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing business processes;
- Experience with modern software tools for managing sales processes (including data-driven analytics and decision making);
- Understanding the B2B, B2С sales lifecycle and different approaches to optimizing;
- Effective time management skills;
- Risk management skills;
- Ability to make decisions quickly;
- Leadership skills;
- Self-study and self-development;
- Demanding to others;
- Ability to convey a thought;
- Ability to understand people, their goals and interests, a high level of empathy;
- English - fluent.

Duties:
- The key and primary responsibility is to sign new contracts;
- Sales funnel management;
- Lead generation management;
- Expanding/introducing new lead generation tools;
- Keeping LinkedIn and email campaigns;
- Working with the existing customer base and expanding it;
- Conducting business negotiations;
- Working with objections;
- High communicative skills;
-Clear implementation of assigned tasks.
