Head of Sales (B2B) (offline) from $3000

- The company’s mission is to solve the problem of the 400 million tons of plastic waste generated annually and help other companies do it.
- Headquartered in London. 2 manufacturers: in the Netherlands and Ukraine.

Your future responsibilities:
- To implement and develop an updated affiliate program.
- To expand affiliate networks and geography. We have already had partnerships in the countries: Norway, Spain, Italy, France, Japan, Denmark.
- To analyze the indicators of the company's sales dynamic and recommend further actions to improve them.
- To create a focus on specific customer portraits for marketing and affiliate sales. Adjust it if necessary.
- To compose and implement tactics for attracting new clients to the selected portraits.
- To solve operational tasks in sales and their interactions with other departments of the company.
- To communicate with regular customers to understand the client’s and referrer’s portraits — why they choose us.

Our expectations about your skills:
- An experience. At least two years in sales management / consulting / CEO — particularly experience in sales development and management. Also, your experience in the Interior, Design, Architecture, IT (SaaS) industry will be to your advantage.
- Communication skills. Participate in conferences, exhibitions, direct b2b sales skills.
- Confident usage. Be ready for work with CRM and cloud office.
Fluent English.
- Mobility. Regular business trips abroad for local networking are necessary.
- Self-organization. The skill of working remotely in a free schedule.
