Sales Manager (offline)
Required skills:
β’ At least 2 years of experience as a Senior IT Sales Manager;
β’ Experience in international sales (mainly the USA, Europe, the GCC);
β’ Work experience in IT-services B2B sales;
β’ Experience in management of the teams;
β’ Fluent level of English;
β’ The strong knowledge base in sales fundamentals, techniques, and principles;
β’ Understanding of IT technologies & Software Development Life Cycle;
β’ Excellent communication skills;
β’ Proactivity and teamwork skills;
β’ Must be self-driven, but ready to follow instructions and learn quickly;
β’ Passion for technology and digital solutions.
As a plus:
β’ Experience of working by a predictable revenue model;
β’ Technical background;
β’ Business analysis fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Follow and optimize the sales process;
β’ Define the core needs and pains of clients;
β’ Follow consultative sales approach;
β’ Handle negotiations and close deals;
β’ Manage the sales team;
β’ Collaborate with marketing;
β’ Establish new and collaborate with existing partners;
β’ Report to TOP management;
β’ Executing regular and strategic tasks.
