THIS IS WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT

You are a team player: you enjoy working and communicating with others.

You have completed a software-related study — e.g. in IT or software engineering — or a comparable qualification.

You already have more than five years of relevant experience in performing your tasks.

Moreover you meet the following software-must-haves:

Experience in development of distributed systems and micro-service architecture
Python or Go or Java (Spring Boot desirable)
Git
MySQL / PostgreSQL
MongoDB
Docker
HTTP (S), REST, TCP/IP Networking
Linux (basic)

Your additional nice-to-haves are experiences with:

agile software development methodologies, e.g. Scrum
Digital Ocean platform
GitHub
understanding of Swagger/OpenAPI

Very good English skills in oral and written form complete your competence set.

THIS IS HOW YOU SUPPORT OUR IDEA

You will introduce new software solutions or develop existing ones in the ecommerce context, considering usability, accessibility, maintainability, scalability and robustness.

You work out user stories with our stakeholders, analyze the requirements for the to be developed software and derive a coherent overall concept from it.

You plan your software solutions with a concrete software architecture and a comprehensive test strategy in order to extensively test the entire system for sources of error.

For this purpose, you perform and document tests such as load, performance, acceptance, functional and regression tests to analyze and eliminate problems.

You connect your software solutions to the existing system landscape and accompany the integration into our business processes in close consultation with your stakeholders.
