Junior Business Development Representative (offline)
👉 Requirements:
• Up to 1 year of IT sales experience, preferably LeadGen or SDR. We also consider candidates with 0 commercial;
• Advanced or close-to-advanced English;
• Experience working with the CRM;
• A sound, practical understanding of business development principles;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, Zoom);
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility quickly;
• Self-starter and able to work independently;
• Team player.
👉 Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities with prospective client practices/networks;
• Growing the lead base on Upwork (communication, negotiations, etc.);
• Assist in closing prospective client practice/network opportunities;
• Generate new business opportunities;
• Generate weekly reports.
