Tech lead / Architect / CTO (Javascript, Web3 etc) - product startup (offline)

We have a team of React Native, Node.js and messaging (Erlang, XMPP) developers that build our SaaS platform and Ethora project: https://ethora.com/wiki/Main_Page

Our product is being launched into open source on GitHub within 1-2 weeks.

Ethora enables communities and businesses to create their own social ecosystem with p2p tokenized economy.

Our mission requires strong engineers with product- and customer- driven mindset.

We are looking for someone who may join as a developer, but eventually we need a Tech Lead, Architect or CTO who can manage our R&D initiatives.

You will face some challenging requirements such as networking optimization, high load, enterprise-level SLA etc as well as a lot of fun and great people whom we help with our technology.

Preferred background:
* Good knowledge of software development, OOP, Computer Science fundamentals, Linux, GIT, JIRA etc
* Good written and preferably spoken English
* Communication / people management skill will come very useful
* Experience in at least some of these stacks: Javascript/Node.js/React Native/websockets, Erlang/Ejabberd/XMPP, Web3/Solidity/Ethereum/IPFS.
