Black C is a fast-growing company within a newly-developed business model in the FMCG industry. It brings together 40+ brands from South Africa to distribute their products all over the world.
Products of brands include wines, spirits, beverages, olive oil, tea and coffee, superfoods, cordials, syrups, salad dressings, canned food, jams and marmalade, specialty salts, edible blossoms, fruits, herbs, seaweed, etc.
We have an open position for Lead Generation Specialist in our Sales Department.
We show you how to collect leads, how to work with CRM, and how to be successful and only those who are really passionate about this profession will join our team.
What You Bring to the Team:
- You may not have any lead generation or sales experience, but you want to learn and develop in the sales industry
- You are able to work autonomously
- You live in Kyiv
- You have at least an upper-intermediate level of English as you’ll use it every day
- Self-learning: getting basic Hubspot CRM knowledge through Hubspot tutorials
Your Day-to-Day:
- Market research
- Discover and identify strong potential prospects using logic and creativity
- Generating ideas on how to source new prospects
- Conduct professional social network research (Linkedin, Facebook, AngelList, Quora, Contact Databases, Similarweb, etc.)
- Fundamental research of the companies and contacts within focus markets and target companies
- Meeting setup
- To deal with prospects professionally at all times aligned to our brand values
- Put all the information about the prospects in Hubspot
We offer:
- $500 basic with a decent commission structure
- 100% remote, nevertheless, you will have personal meetings with the CEO
- 1-month of training
- Flexible working hours
