Lead Mobile Engineer (Android, IOS, Flutter) (offline) $5500-6499

Your Responsibilities:

- Create the next big thing in the EV fleet management industry from Scratch together with the venture team;
- Participate in the entire development lifecycle
- Collaborate with backend engineers to build consistent systems across the entire stack
- Take ownership of key technology decisions, building for scale, across multiple devices and optimizing for quality and output
- Conduct code reviews and look at ways of improving the teams' ways of working
- Participate in the creation of our engineering culture

Your Profile:

- Professional experience with Dart and Flutter
- Also proficient with native development in iOS with Swift and Android with Kotlin
- Analytical skills and desire to come up with new and innovative ideas and solutions
- Knowledge in high-quality code with high test coverage and take ownership of product design and development
- Strong communication skills
- Startup mindset, proactiveness, and eagerness to learn fast
- Able to build things from scratch and enjoy taking on challenges
- A team player with execution-focused mindset, able to collaborate in a diverse and international team
