Back-end Team Lead (offline)

Some of your responsibilities may include:

— Working closely with the development teams to build solutions that meet user requirements
— Managing team of 4 PHP developers, be a friend and a mentor at the same time
— Supporting our company in all areas of the development life cycle
— Conduct of technical interviews
— Problem solving and collaborating with others to produce the highest-quality product
— Writing clean, quality, and maintainable code.

Required Experience and Skills
— Minimum 2,5 years in web development
— Expert knowledge of PHP and Node.js
— Hands-on experience in creating complex, scalable, and highly available web applications using modern server-side frameworks
— High-load projects practice, understanding of web security aspects
— Advanced knowledge of GIT workflow, project tracking software, scrum and agile methodologies
— RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres, etc) or noSQL Databases
— Upper intermediate English level.
Will be plus
— DevOps Experience, Continuous Integration
— AWS, *nix Servers Configuration from Scratch, Apache/Nginx
— Knowledge of at least one modern frontend framework (Angular, React or Vue)
