Required skills
• Work experience in a similar position at least 2 years;
• Higher education in finance, economics;
• Experience as b2b head of sales in international sales with one / more verticals:
- FinTech ( e.g. merchant accounts/ bankings / payment processing software)
- financial markets products
- SAAS products
- Complex software applications
- Other information technology
• Knowledge of English - not lower than upper-intermediate;
• High level of presentation and negotiation skills;
• Ability to independently organize and plan work;
• Skills of strategic planning;
• Orientation to achieve the set goals
- Setting recruitment tasks, interviewing key candidates;
- Control of financial indicators, reporting to management;
- Leadership, negotiation skills,
