Senior Sales manager (Prague) (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in B2B and B2C sales for at least 3 years;
• Higher or secondary specialized education;
• Knowledge of English at a minimum of B2;
• Knowledge of Russian and Czech;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Experience working in accounting, audit, or law firm will be a big plus;

Responsibilities:
• Compiling and retaining of the database of potential Partners and Clients;
• Keep a record of all clients in CRM program and in internal documentation of DoMyTax,
handling of creation of service tickets;
• Chat administration: answering and distributing new requests from potential clients;
• Processing incoming service requests in Czech, English, and Russian languages;
• Distribution of “first contact” letters to potential partners, and performing of cold calls;
• Actively communicate with potential Clients and Partners;
• Drawing up commercial offers;
• Discussion of the terms of cooperation and closing of contracts;
• Preparing sales reports and keep statistics;
• Take part in optimization of an advertising campaign;
• Offer solutions to improve internal processes in the company;
