Senior Product Designer (offline)

Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience working as a product designer
* A portfolio that shows your proficiency in designing complex web applications
* Attention to details and willingness to create not only beautiful designs but easy-to-use at first
* Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, Zeplin, etc.
* Fluent in prototyping
* You can run a handoff meeting and find the best solution with the dev team
* Upper-intermediate level of English, both written and verbal
* Proven experience in research techniques and methodologies
* You can build, manage, and support complex design systems
* Proven experience in Design Workshops, Mind maps, Usability testing, A/B testing, CJMs, and data analysis
* Experience with intelligence dashboards and data reports

As a plus:
* You designed complex B2B solutions for knowledge management
