Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented and self-motivated PHP back-end developer to join our development team.
This role includes a mix of a new project (greenfield development, microservices) as well as adding features and fixes to the existing codebase.

The right candidate will have strong technical capabilities, and be organized and passionate about development. They should have at least 3 years of professional experience and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.

As a PHP Developer, you will work within a team of like-minded and talented engineers in a focused, no bureaucracy environment.
Your weekly tasks will be split between:
- 80% Coding new features
- 10% Bug fixing
- 10% Meetings (standups, devs' tech meetings, planning)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience with PHP Object-Oriented programming
- Experience with PHP frameworks, Laravel preferred but not a must-have
- Experience with MySQL/MariaDB
- Experience with git
- Experience in using Composer for dependency management
- Experience in designing, building, and using REST APIs
- Experience in writing tests
- Knowledge of design patterns

Awesome but not a must
- Experience in a microservice architecture

Recruitment process
The entire recruitment process is carried out remotely. Selected candidates will get the link to a website where they can book an appointment for an interview. In most cases, there is only one video call which takes around 1,5h. The call is led by the CTO and one of our tech leaders.
We make a decision in a maximum of 5 days after the interview call.

Location
Our offices are located in Warsaw (PL), Krakow (PL), and Bucharest (RO). We accept fully remote work, partially remote work, or work in the office :). IT team is located in Krakow, so if you prefer to work from the office with the team, welcome to the city of Polish Kings.
