Web Developer (offline)

Requirements
• You have professional training as an IT specialist with a focus on web development or a similar qualification
• You are a hands-on type of person and like to get in touch with new technologies and topics
• Excellent knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, PHP
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and techniques (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with contemporary web performance requirements and strategies, and how these relate to SEO
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems, Docker and Kubernetes would be a plus
• You have good English language skills
• You can effectively and clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical team members
• You are highly motivated and willing to accept challenges
• You find solutions to problems with a pragmatic and focused mindset
• Good analytical and conceptual skills complete your profile

Responsibilities
• Full responsibility for both backend and frontend of our corporate website (based on WordPress) and incorporated customer download area, which was developed with PHP, JS and other technologies
• Continuous adaption of website structures and content according Marketing Department's input
• Consultant to the Marketing Department in terms of implementation of concepts and user experience / usability
• Optimization of web systems and projects to make them faster, more accessible, more resilient and more responsive
• Expert support of our Marketing Department as a valuable member of our agile IT Team
