Researcher/Lead Generator (offline) $2000-3000

Responsibilities:

- Manage all lead generation efforts
- Build lists of companies and contacts that the Business Development team wants to target for sales and partnership opportunities
- Oversee market and lead research for the Marketing team
- Manage contractors for bulk lead list building and data enrichment projects
- Maintain database integrity
- Oversee market research and identify new sales/partnership opportunities
- Manage our channels of sales conversations
- Collaborate with BD managers and update our pipelines in our CRM
- Prepare outbound campaigns via email

Requirements:

Must have:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in lead generation, web research, market research, or prospect building
- Experience with different CRMs (Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Experience with automation tools (Snovio, Sales Navigator, Hunter etc.)
- Experience creating bulk email campaigns
- Ability to work independently and manage a large number of tasks per day
- Upper-intermediate written and spoken English skills
- Strong attention to detail

Nice to have:
- Experience working in a startup or tech company
- Interest in crypto/blockchain
