Solution Architect Salesforce CRM (offline)

As a Solution Architect, you will have a broad business knowledge, a deep technical knowledge as well as an understanding of how Technology supports the business value generation.

In this Solution Architect role, you will help to bridge the gap between business opportunities/challenges and technical solutions.

Background & Skills:

To be considered for this position, you will need the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar is preferred
• Understanding of the bigger picture
• Ability to describe application requirements and functionality to IT peers and stakeholders
• 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce suite
• Knowledge of web applications, databases, programming languages and API Integration
• Experience in working with IT Architecture in large organizations
• Experience with ITIL and TOGAF methodologies
• General knowledge of applications and infrastructure technologies, the building blocks in an IT architecture
• Passionate about technology
• Knowledge in the following technologies:
• Lightning
• Apex
• CSS
• JavaScript
• AJAX
• AmpScript

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Find best technical fit for the company to solve existing business challenges among the options available
• Document architectural and technical design
• Set the direction for how we optimize our Salesforce ecosystem
• Assist in designing the end-to-end project process
• Describe the structure and characteristics of technical solution to project stakeholders
• Define features and solution requirements
• Oversee the preparation of and execution of development, deployments, and upgrades
• Perform root cause analysis on incidents
