Sales Support Coordinator (offline)

Responsibility :
* In 3 months, we expect you to organize meetings/schedule calls with clients and prospects from USA, Canada, Australia, Russia, and others.
* Proactively coordinate sales pipeline: understand our target audience, generate new sales leads, and get more revenue from the existing clients base.
* Organize business trips, prepare documents for business trips of CEO and employees
* Update marketing materials in a timely manner
* Provide regular reports on the state of sales, prepare analytics for marketing campaigns

Required Skills and Experience

* Math, Economy educational background is welcome.
* 1+ year of experience in supporting sales operations and strategy
* Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
* Strong customer interaction, communication, writing
* Ability to act autonomously, bringing structure and organization to work;
* Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English
* Working time is shifted to NY
