UX/UI Designer (offline)

As the Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be reporting to the Product Manager and be working closely
with a multidisciplinary team (developers, marketers, data scientists, etc.) to create design solutions
for a diversity of problems, scale and media across multiple platforms. You will be involved in all
parts of the design process: user research, concept development, prototyping, working with
developers and design stewardship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Applying a broad range of design methodologies and tools, such as personas, conceptual models,
user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, to develop and communicate design solutions
- Conducting quantitative research on a myriad of platforms on user behaviors, funnel analysis, and
conversion rates to come up with improvement recommendations
- Conducting user research to develop insight into customer needs and behaviors to define
requirements and designs
- Managing and delivering UI/UX projects by developing prototypes and documentation to guide
engineering, marketing, and customer support
- Keeping up-to-date on UX/UI best practices and trends by monitoring competition and relevant
products, to identify opportunities for innovation
- Sharing best practices internally to promote a culture of excellence in design and
customer-centricity
- Being the advocate within the organization for maintaining consistent customer experiences,
design systems, and standards across products and digital touch points
- Continuously seeking and implementing opportunities for improvement of the products and
experiences
- Being accountable for a consistent best-in-class usability experience

REQUIREMENTS

- 5+ years’ of demonstrated experience designing sophisticated interactive applications especially
focused on mobile apps and also web based interfaces in a product driven organization or design
agency.
- Knowledge of responsive design and modern graphic design
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Business-fluent in English
- Strong ability to think independently yet operate effectively within teams
- Passion for sharing creativity

DESIRED SKILLS

- Experience with HTML5/CSS/Javascript is a plus.
