World lead software development company with multiple software products is looking for engineer to strengthen their video conference application development team. This project has established scrum process and reliable CI/CD. We care that developer is focused on software development and not on intrusive auxiliary tasks. Our application works on Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android. Significant part of business logic is shared between platforms and is written in C++. This is great opportunity to learn some mobile platforms development with just C++ background! We have distributed development team in Belarus, North America and Middle Asia. NA team is mostly specialized on security algorithms, Middle Asia has server development team and Belarus is developing application and conference SDK libraries. Belarus team is developing desktop application with Qt, android with Kotlin and iOS with Swift. Video conference is built with google WebRTC framework.

Responsibilities:

~ Driving independently the development of selected components in challenging real-time environment based on the feedback from internal operations and customers
~ Coordinating testing

Requirements:

- Strong C++ development experience (especially in creating demanding video or image manipulation or signal processing applications)
- Modern C++ standards 14,17,20
- Profound experience with multithreading
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Be able to take responsibility on independent feature development
- Strong English

Extra skills:

Experience with OpenGL is a plus
Experience with Qt is a plus
Objective-C
Java with JNI
