Senior Java Developer/ Team Lead (offline)

Requirements:
• Practical knowledge of leading the team using agile development methodologies and engineering best practices
• Ability to build project from the scratch and provide architecture planning with hands-on Java Development, adoption of modern software engineering & delivery practices using Java, Spring Boot REST/Microservices, MySQL, MongoDB
• Mentor team members/train Junior(s) and demonstrate a passion for learning and willingness to adopt new technologies
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement along with a great attitude, solid communication skills, willingness to learn and collaborate
• Ensure clear documentation of created/modified functionality
• You will also be responsible for collaborating with PO/PM/BA as well as influencing product architecture according to business requirements

Qualifications:
• Experience with creating an architecture and developing complex applications using Java 8 and Spring Boot, MySQL, Mongo DB
• Experience with high-level Tech Skills like Java, Spring Boot, REST/Microservices.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing solutions in the cloud (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Experience with the gaming or gambling industry and blockchain is a plus.
