Senior Java Engineer for new Automotive Project (offline)

Our team is looking for a Senior software engineer to build an easy, convenient, and trust-building system for car sharing that delights customers throughout the usage process. We are a lean team that partners with Product and Design teams every step of the way with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The perfect person for the job is excited to move fast, follow industry standards, think at scale, and loves delighting customers through technology and customer experience. Requirements:
4+ years of software engineering experience in backend technologies
Proficient in Java8 (we use Java13)
Knowledge of the Spring, Spring Boot, SQL,
Keeps up to date with the newest web and server technologies, libraries, and frameworks
Practical experience and following the Paradigm/Principles: SOLID, KISS, DRY, YAGNI, DDD, OOD, OOA
Experience with Apache Kafka and/or RabbitMQ (development/operations), Microservices
Experience in REST
Experience with Docker
Experience with messaging systems
Experience deploying software that is backward compatible with zero downtime expectations
Experience working with remote team members effectively and collaboratively
Ability to communicate and consult on technical issues
Good communicator
Excellent English skills


Would be a plus:
Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Experience with GCP
Experience with gRPC
Knowledge and experience with Go
Experience with Software architectures Patterns “Monolithic Architecture, Microservices, Architecture frameworks, Architectural styles and patterns”
SQL, Spring Security, Docker, Maven, Gradle
