Java Team Lead (offline)

We are currently looking for a Development Team Lead.

What you’ll do:

Participate in projects in a role of Technical Manager/Team Lead;
Managing technical team of 10+ people;
Build state of the art engineering teams of professionals;
Human resource management including: training, motivation, performance management, conflicts resolution;
Improvement and implementation of software development methods and procedures across projects to deliver high quality solutions;
Best Practices and Standards introduction and development.

What we are looking for:

High Technical Degree;
Technical/development background (Java, Oracle, Cloud);
Minimum of 3 years of software engineering leading experience. Experience within international and/or distributed teams is a big advantage;
Advanced knowledge of different software development methodologies (at least waterfall and several iterative ones);
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, ability to interact professionally with the Customers as well as Company Management;
Excellent technical English skills (verbal, written, technical);
Background within OSS/BSS domain will be a strong advantage;
Architect background in distributed and enterprise applications is a plus.
