SW Manager for DPU project (offline)

NVIDIA is searching for an outstanding Software Manager to expand the Data Processing Unit (DPU) force. As a team lead, you will work with a group of hardworking software engineers for a wide range of features related to cyber security and embedded systems to develop the next generation Data Center on a Chip Architecture (DOCA) used in advanced data centers across the world.

What you'll be doing:

Manage the team both personally and professionally, with a focus on research & development of cyber-security features and high-performance computing. This role allows you to not only mentor and lead new team members, but also to be hands-on and engineer the next generation technology in this domain.

What we need to see:

- Strong programming skills in C and C++.
- Hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle, with focus on SDK.
- Effective in a matrix-managed organization.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
- Motivated, responsive, and keen on process improvement.
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years in a similar or related role.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or SW/Computer Engineering.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

- Background in Linux Operating Systems and/or Security.
- Experience in CI methodology & servers (e.g. Gerrit, Jenkins etc.).
- Background with networking and low level programming.
