Sales development representative (offline) $800-1100
Job Responsibilities:
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation for an international B2B software business
- Experience in working with outbound leads
- Search and creation of databases of potential clients due to Ideal Customer Profile;
- Outstanding English communication skills in all forms: written, presentations, negotiations
- Effective at building relationships with prospects, and nurture as long as it takes to close;
- Finding decision-makers within target accounts using a variety of tools and strategy
- Create strategies to research industry issues and challenges
- Designing and using outbound methods
- Prospect and schedule appointments for Sales Team by cold call, e-mail or LinkedIn
- Leverage prospecting tools to research companies and potential hooks for sales contact
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Requirements :
- Have a minimum 1-2 year of inside sales experience in a SDR, BDR, or Sales role
- Perfect knowledge of LinkedIn and LinkedIn tools
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Determined to exceed goals on a weekly basis and have self-accountability
- Hands-on experience with the Account-Based Marketing approach
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Proven experience in communicating effectively and quickly over the phone and social
