Middle C Software Engineer/ TELCO project (offline)

Being fluent in C so that you don’t need to google the syntax. Experience with sockets and networking is a plus, shells and Bash are nice to have. Windows users are welcome, but be warned that life with us might bring some interesting challenges. We prefer Unix and Linux. We utilize SCRUM and talk to the clients world-wide on a daily basis, English communication is therefore essential. Knowledge of network and communication protocols, servers settings and cloud systems management are an advantage!

Responsibilities:
• The main task will be to work in a team on network equipment features
• Simply put, develop new features, tweaks in network devices

Attraction points:
• If the project is successful, there is a possibility that you will continue with it, it means that your first 1.5-year contract will be prolongated
• You will learn interesting technology in networking
• Unique project from a technical point of view, so it is very valuable experience for you
• It is a network technology used by network and communication operators to improve efficiency and speed

Requirements:
• C Developer commercial experience (2-3+ years min)
• Knowledge of LINUX / UNIX
• Bash (Unix shell) - we use Linux
• Networking as nice to have skill (working as a network administrator is a huge advantage)
• Git
• English - B2 (speaking, writing)
