Senior UI/UX Designer (offline) $2500-4000

Requirements:

● Familiar with Web and Mobile
● Familiar with Atomic Design Principles and building and maintaining UI
Component Libraries
● Expertise with Figma and other prototyping tools
● Fluent in English

Responsibilities:
● Partner with the Head of Product, engineers, data scientists, and
stakeholders to deliver best-in-class product features and flows to LiveStream users.
● Lead cross-team design collaboration projects and blue-sky vision work
● Identify opportunities to improve product performance against key
business metrics and influence their adoption
● Contribute thought leadership to the implementation of the design team
initiatives such as the creation of a robust design system, creation of
funnel conversion metrics, deployment of A/B testing capabilities, and
more
● Solve large, complex data visualization problems with simple, elegant,
customizable experiences
● Produce process flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive
prototypes in a quick, iterative, sprint-based environment

Would be a plus:
● Empathetic Designer. You have a strong grounding in user-centered
design processes, leveraging data and research insights to identify important user needs and then solve them. You are passionate about creating elegant and meaningful interfaces that are intuitive and useful.
