Lead Experience Designer (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and improve products for the world’s best services
Install and manage the delivery process on the project
Work closely with stakeholders
Conduct workshops
Manage pre-sales activities
Take part in client proposals
Present, explain and advocate design decisions
Lead design and development teams
Conduct of Discovery & Research Documentation
People management (Mentoring, Coaching, Critique, Design Culture)
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years’ experience in UX or UI design
12+ proven completed projects
Excellent portfolio with UI artifacts and UX case studies
Experience in full product development cycle: from research to launch
Strategic and analytical thinking
Ability to analyze and control results
Capability to translate and convert business KPI’s into tactical tasks
Talent to manage and eliminate conflict issues
Ability to present and advocate design decisions
Capacity to lead and grow a team of designers
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2+)
NICE TO HAVE
DesignOps experience
Data Analytics (Metrics, ROI)
Service Design experience
BA or PO skills
