Fullstack JavaScript Developer

We are looking for Fullstack JavaScript Developer to join our team in Kharkiv!

As a Fullstack JavaScript Developer with GeoComply, you will be responsible for back-end platform development and basic tasks on the front-end.

The Fullstack JavaScript Developer’s primary responsibility is developing a reliable browser extension with enhanced geolocation features. Responsibilities also include JS SDK development and implementation of integration with currently used desktop and mobile geolocation solutions. In this role, you will be developing the front-end for current machine learning-models in cooperation with the Machine Learning Team. Responsibilities also include optimizing applications, implementing API designs and architecture.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop Google Chrome extension from scratch
- Improve network communication with desktop applications
- Ensuring feasibility of public API for the platform
- Debugging, troubleshooting of an existing application and support customer
- Analyzing code, requirements, system risks and software reliability
- Participating in code reviews, application performance and maintainability optimization.
- Be a part of a native desktop applications team

Skills and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience related to JavaScript-oriented projects
- Experience with JavaScript libraries (Vanilla JS)
- Experience with JSON, XML formats;
- Experience with WebSocket
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of JavaScript, OOP and OOD
- Knowledge of network protocols and Google protobuf will be a big plus
- Good understanding of cross-browser JS-applications development
