IT Sales Manager (offline) $1000-2500

The Grandz company is engaged in Shopify and React.js development for eCommerce.
We take orders for outsourcing and outstaffing, starting from project initiation, right up to launch, and further support.

We've been working with Upwork since 2017.

We are looking for an IT Sales Manager to join our passionate and friendly team to achieve incredible results together!

Requirements:
- Understanding of basic software development process;
- Deep understanding of the sales process and ability to build it from scratch;
- Fluent English/Upper-Intermediate English level required;
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and sales writing skills;
- 1 year+ UpWork and 2 years + IT sales experience;
- Ability to work independently, results-oriented and self-motivated;
- Strong time-management skills and helicopter view.

Will be a plus:
- Experience with LinkedIn and email campaign.

Important:
- understanding of Upwork algorithms
- writing custom cover letters and knowing how to compose them
- understanding of analytics and the importance of CRO

It is important for us that a specialist understands Upwork principles, features of IT sales and knows how to sell.

Responsibilities:
- Full sales cycle: from searching for a potential client via ICP to closing a deal (the team also includes Lead Generation Managers);
- Working with UpWork messengers and GigRadar;
- Conducting negotiations with clients, involving all team members required to conclude a contract and active participation in full sales cycle;
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships;
- Maintain sales activity records (we use PipeDrive) and prepare sales reports.
