Graphic Designer (offline) $800-1000

Responsibilities:

- Create top-notch performance-focused designs for all types of digital ads;
- Work closely with data analysts and campaign managers to create data-driven creative ads and creative optimization cycles;
- Generate new, fresh creative ideas, based on data analysis, on a daily basis;
- Work systematically in line with the company’s creative methodologies.

Requirements:

- Degree in Graphic Design or comparable experience;
- Portfolio with gaming elements (arcane games, slot machines, etc.);
- 2+ years relevant experience in a gaming studio or an advertising agency;
- Video editing, motion graphics, and animation skills - an advantage;
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere;
- Experience with creative optimization methodology;
- High level of creativity and the ability to generate 10X more creative ideas than other candidates;
- Deadline oriented;
- Strong attention to detail;
- A positive, energetic leader;
- Language: English - spoken and written for communicating with us.
