Sr. Scala Developer (offline)

Job Description:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience with Scala and BigData.
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and problem-solving.
- Good understanding of the BigData and cloud computing space, experience with the Apache Spark, Hadoop ecosystem and similar technologies.
- Experience collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from disparate sources in order to drive conclusions and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective daily communication with customers.
- AWS Certification is a plus.
- BS or BA degree is a big plus.

Job Responsibilities:
You will join a new direction of the GlobalLogic team, and being a part of a core team of the customer you will be working with high load services, enlarding existing and building new capabilities of product reports, transactions, reconciliations and other features.
